A regional government agency engaged me to streamline and unify their data management systems.What began as a consolidation of scattered spreadsheets and standalone databases evolved into a robust SQL-backed solution. I designed the initial application in Microsoft Access, organizing and cleaning the data for accuracy and efficiency. As the project expanded across departments, we introduced SharePoint, Power BI, and custom web apps to create an integrated program that is powerful, flexible, and scalable — supporting continued growth and evolving needs.

The result was a dramatic reduction in duplicate data entry, improved reporting accuracy, and faster access to critical information across teams.

A nationally recognized third-party service agency in the modular building industry partnered with me to modernize and streamline their plan review workflow.Previously reliant on individual spreadsheets to manage complex reviews and approvals, the organization needed a more cohesive and auditable system. I developed a custom solution that mirrored their existing processes while integrating seamlessly with SharePoint for document management. The system now tracks approvals, deviations, state submittals, and document expiration, ensuring complete visibility and control throughout the review lifecycle.
It also supports full record retention, including resubmittals and revision history, and incorporates billing features that enable accurate time and resource tracking — significantly improving operational efficiency and accountability.

As a result, the agency reduced administrative overhead, eliminated manual errors, and gained real-time insight into project status and billing — enabling faster, more reliable service delivery.
